These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at turfhealthaz.com (the "Site") and the artificial turf cleaning and maintenance services (the "Services") provided by TurfHealth LLC ("TurfHealth," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. By using the Site or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes and estimates
- Prices shown on the Site, including per-square-foot rates and the instant estimate calculator, are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after we assess your turf, and may vary based on measured square footage, turf condition, and access.
- First-time cleanings or heavily soiled turf may be quoted at a higher rate (up to the Turf Restoration rate).
- A $99 job minimum applies to one-time services.
- Quotes are free and no-obligation.
2. Scheduling, access, and cancellations
- Booking requests made through the Site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm by phone, text, or email.
- You agree to provide safe access to the service area and a working water source on the property. Pets should be kept indoors during service.
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather, safety, or equipment issues.
3. Services and satisfaction guarantee
- We will perform the Services in a professional, workmanlike manner using cleaning products that are safe for pets and children once the turf is dry.
- If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 7 days and we will re-treat the affected area at no charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing damage, defects in the turf itself, drainage or installation problems, or normal wear.
- Recurring maintenance plans are billed per visit at the plan rate for your yard size and may be paused or cancelled at any time with notice before your next scheduled visit.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or on your invoice.
5. Limitations of liability
- Artificial turf varies in age, quality, and installation. While our low-pressure process is designed to protect turf fibers, seams, and infill, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defective installation, or conditions discovered during cleaning.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurfHealth's total liability arising out of the Services or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
- We are fully insured. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Use of the Site
- You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access it by automated means that impose unreasonable load.
- All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by TurfHealth LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
- The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates, availability, and content may change at any time.
7. Communications
By submitting a quote request with your phone number or email, you consent to us contacting you about your request and Services by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to opt out of texts.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless both parties agree to another forum or method.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
